Risk-based Internal Audit

The mission of the internal audit is to collaborate in the fulfillment of the goals and objectives that the Board of Directors has designed; anticipating risks and ensuring the establishment and operation of an adequate internal control environment.

Through effective risk analysis we help organizations strengthen the focus on internal controls and improve organizational management processes and information systems by assisting our clients on a permanent basis through internal audit services. To achieve this alignment, we use international methodologies and adapt them to the organizational reality to achieve synergies with other processes of the organization in matters of Management and Government. Our methodology is based on a continuous audit process, applying technological tools, contrary to the traditional approach.

Our experience in this process has led us to use different frameworks and international standards. Our practice is focused on the guidelines of COSO, COBIT/ISO 27000, ISO 27001/2, ISO 31000, and DRII without neglecting other specific reference frameworks of the industry or activity of the organization. To ensure the quality of our portfolio of services we have internationally certified professionals, who we guarantee are an integral part of the consulting team.

Some of the tools used for our audit services are IDEA, QlikView, Business Discovery, Business Intelligence, spot reports generated by the system and associative models.
