Business Process Continuity Plan

A Continuity Plan aims to ensure that business processes and therefore the services of the company are available to customers at any time, according to the expectations and nature of the business. In addition, it is a good tool to ensure investment in technology and information associated with business processes.

Our goal, in any of the related services, is to align the results of the Continuity Plan with the expectations of the different participants in the business decision-making, including customers. Moreover, we expect that all the resources required to achieve this alignment are under a management and governance model.

Our experience in this process has led us to use different reference frameworks and international standards, we usually use what is defined by the Disaster Recovery Institute (DRII) and we manage according to ISO-22301, without forgetting the requirements of the ISO-27001 and the fundamentals of ISO-31000. For this combination of practices to be applied correctly we have the internationally certified professionals, who, we guarantee, are an integral part of the consulting team.
